Our goal is to provide quality health products at a reasonable cost. We personally use many of our products and believe in them for our own health benefits. We wish to give the best customer service and we want to be sure you are completely satisfied with our products and services.

Shipping

All orders received by 2:00pm PST will be shipped same day (Monday through Friday). All products will be shipped via US Priority Mail or United Parcel Service.

Expedited Delivery

If you wish, we have 2nd Day and Next Day Service available in the continental U.S. as well as Express Mail. Expedited delivery time is calculated for business days only (Monday-Friday). For Saturday delivery please contact us.

International Shipping

You must select international shipping and handling in the SHIP VIA box for all orders that are not shipped within the United States. If international shipping and handling is not selected we will charge your account the appropriate additional amount. Any duties, taxes, tariffs or any other fees imposed by the country the product is received in is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Sangre De Cristo Naturals will email you with tracking information when your order ships.

Billing

All billing will be under the name of J.R. Brown Enterprises, Inc.

Returns

We stand behind all our products. If you're not happy, we want to make it right. Just return the unused portion of the product within thirty days and we will gladly credit your credit card for the product price, no questions asked.

All orders are on a secure server and all information is encrypted.

All information that we get from you is strictly private, we will never give or sell your information to someone else. The information that you provide to us is to make your purchases easier and quicker.
